Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cornmeal
    2 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 can creamed corn
    1/2 c. oil
    1 lb. ground beef, browned
    2 c. grated cheese
    1/2 c. sliced pepper
    1 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Mix first five ingredients very well.
    Put half cornmeal mixture in 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Layer ground beef, cheese, pepper and onion.
    Pour rest of mixture on top.
    Bake 1 hour at 400\u00b0.
