Water Chestnut Rumaki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 oz. can whole water chestnuts, drained
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 strips of bacon
    1/3 c. catsup
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Wrap chestnuts in bacon and secure with toothpick.
    Put in 9 x 12-inch pan and bake at 300\u00b0 for one hour.
    Drain fat.
    Combine catsup, sugar and soy sauce.
    Pour over chestnuts.
    Sauce need not completely cover.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Try to keep toothpick clean for people to serve themselves.
