Whipped Topping - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. water
    1 1/2 tsp. unflavored gelatin
    artificial sweetener to equal 2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/4 c. chilled evaporated skim milk
Preparation
    In a small pan, sprinkle gelatin over water; heat slowly, stirring until gelatin dissolves.
    Pour into a small mixing bowl; add sweetener and vanilla and cool.
    Add chilled milk; beat at high speed until very thick.
    Cover and refrigerate.
    Yield:
    4 servings.
