Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. picked over crab meat
    1 Tbsp. sharp mustard
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    2 eggs
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and form into patties.
    Roll in crumbs and refrigerate eight hours.
    Re-roll in crumbs and fry in 1/4 inch of oil until brown.
