Oven Browned Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

approximately 3 to 4 small potatoes per person
Parmesan cheese
oregano
paprika
salt and pepper
Preparation

Parboil the potatoes, keeping them whole throughout the recipe.
Remove from pan and deep-fry in grease.
Roll potatoes in equal parts oregano and Parmesan cheese mixture.
Salt and pepper them to taste.
Place in a shallow baking dish.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until done.
