Carrot Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. grated carrots
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    4 eggs
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix together and bake at 250\u00b0 for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
