Prune Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. oil
    3 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. chopped prunes
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl, combine sugar, flour, soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
    Stir.
    Add oil, eggs, buttermilk, prunes and nuts.
    Stir together until mixture is smooth.
    Pour into two large loaf pans (greased) or 3 small ones and bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
