Ingredients

2 c. rice flour
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
5 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. nonfat milk
4 egg whites or 2 whole eggs
1/4 c. oil
Preparation

Sift together dry ingredients.
Beat remaining ingredients. Fry in a hot, well-oiled frying pan until light golden, turning once.
