Apple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 red or green apples
1 c. pecans or walnuts
1/2 c. raisins
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Wash, core and cut apples into bite-sized pieces.
Sprinkle lemon juice over apples.
Add nuts and raisins and mix well.
Stir in mayonnaise thoroughly.
Chill before serving.
