Yuletide Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
    2 c. boiling water
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    1 c. grated Velveeta cheese
    1 c. heavy cream, whipped
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
    Add vinegar and sugar. Chill until syrupy.
    Fold in pineapple, cheese and whipped cream. Pour into 1-quart mold.
    Chill until thoroughly set.
    Serves 6 to 8.
