Ingredients

1 pkg. graham crackers
1 large box sugar-free chocolate pudding
1 carton 1% white milk
1 large pkg. lite frozen Cool Whip
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 c. chopped (fine) pecans
Preparation

Mix pudding with milk by directions on package until thick. Stir in half of large container of lite Cool Whip with mixer until mixed; this will be soupy.
Spread a small layer of this mixture on bottom of dish (9 x 9-inch).
Layer every other layer with graham crackers; spread pudding on crackers.
Last layer should be pudding.
Sprinkle pecans on top for icing.
Store in refrigerator.
