Tomato-Zucchini Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 pt. cherry tomatoes, halved
    2 small zucchini, thinly sliced
    1 small onion, thinly sliced
    1/3 c. crumbled cheese
    lettuce
    1 c. salad oil
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
    Add tomatoes, zucchini, onion and cheese; toss lightly.
    Cover and chill.
    To serve, toss and spoon onto lettuce leaves.
