Deluxe Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. plain flour
2 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. butter flavored Crisco
2 sticks Imperial margarine
5 whole large eggs
1 tsp. coconut extract
1 tsp. rum extract
1 c. milk
Preparation

Let all ingredients come to room temperature.
Sift dry ingredients together 3 times.
Beat shortening and margarine until light and fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well.
Add extract.
Now alternately add dry ingredients and milk, ending with dry ingredients.
Bake at 325\u00b0 in a tube pan 30 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool 15 minutes.
Turn out and enjoy.
