Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    small beef roast
    2 c. potatoes
    2 c. carrots
    1/2 c. onion
    2 c. green beans
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook beef until tender at 350\u00b0 in oven.
    Tear into small pieces.
    Add a little cornstarch to thicken broth just slightly. Add vegetables and cook until done.
    The amount of vegetables can be changed to adjust to the amount of meat used.
