Baked Ham - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. apricot preserves
1/3 c. red cooking wine
2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Preparation

Place ham on rack in large shallow roasting pan.
Bake in slow oven at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Trim off skin and excess fat.
Mix preserves, mustard and wine in small saucepan.
Heat slowly, stirring often.
Brush ham with glaze.
Continue baking, brushing with glaze 1 hour or until richly glazed.
