Beef 'N Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. medium noodles
    1/3 c. sliced green onions
    1/3 c. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.
    In a large skillet, saute onions and green pepper in margarine 3 minutes or until tender.
    Add beef and cook until no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
