Rice-Artichoke Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box chicken flavored Rice-A-Roni, cooked as directed (omitting butter), let stand until cool
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. ripe black olives, chopped
    1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
    1 jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained (reserve juice) and chopped
Preparation
    Add juice from artichokes with 1/2 teaspoon curry powder and 1/3 cup mayo; toss all together.
    Make 24 hours before serving. Will keep in refrigerator for weeks.
    Delicious.
