Raisin Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. water
    1 egg
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and bake at 375\u00b0 until done or springs back to touch.
