Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. canola oil
    1 small chopped onion
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    freshly ground black pepper
    small amount cayenne
    garlic salt to taste
    chili powder to taste
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
Preparation
    Saute onion and green pepper in the oil until soft.
    Add ground beef and seasonings, stirring until meat loses its pink color.
    Stir in the cooked rice, the tomatoes and the Worcestershire sauce.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 15 minutes.
