Carol'S No-Fat Refried Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 or 2 (16 oz.) cans no-fat refried beans (Rosarita is a good brand)
    1 can each no salt added black beans and pinto beans, rinsed and drained
    1 large tomato, chopped
    chopped onion to taste
    1 can diced green chillies
    1 can corn, rinsed and drained
    spicy or hot sauce to taste
    thick and chunky canned or bottled salsa to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together. Store in refrigerator.
    Serve 1/2 cup of this mixture over 1 corn tortilla. Cook 3 egg whites and serve over tortillas and beans.
    Add 1 or 2 tablespoons fat-free sour cream.
