Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 medium large sweet peppers
2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. ketchup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 c. Minute rice or plain
1 large onion or powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 egg
1 large can tomato sauce
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except tomato sauce and sweet peppers in large bowl.
Cut tops of sweet peppers and clean inside.
Stuff with meat mix.
Place in medium to large pot.
Pour tomato sauce in.
Add some water (1/2 cup).
Put ketchup on tops.
Cover pot. Cook on medium heat for 1/2 to 1 hour.
Serve over rice or with vegetables and potatoes.
