Ham Loaves - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. smoked ground ham
    1 1/2 lb. fresh ground pork
    2 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
    pineapple rings
    1/2 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Combine eggs, milk and Worcestershire sauce.
    Blend in ham and pork.
    Mix in bread crumbs.
    Shape into loaves.
    Place in an ungreased baking dish, filled with 1/2-inch of cold water. Combine brown sugar and pineapple juice from rings.
    Baste loaves and decorate with pineapple rings.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours. Yields 2 large loaves or 6 small loaves.
