Peach Strudel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced peaches (fresh)
    3/4 c. sugar (more, if peaches are tart)
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 stick butter
    1 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
Preparation
    Slice peaches and mix with 3/4 cup sugar and cinnamon.
    Place in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Mix 1 cup sugar, flour and egg together.
    (This will be a crumbly mixture.) Sprinkle evenly over peaches.
    Pour melted butter over the crumb mixture.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
