Salmon In A Blanket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can flaked salmon
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    2/3 c. milk
    dash of pepper
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
    2 c. Bisquick
Preparation
    Combine 2
    cups Bisquick and 2/3 cup milk to make dough and roll
    in oblong shape, 7 x 15-inches.
    Transfer to lightly greased baking
    sheet.
    Mix rest of ingredients and place down the center of dough to within 2-inches of ends.
    Fold lengthwise edge
    of dough
    over salmon mixture to overlap.
    Fold in ends and roll over so seam is underneath.
    Make slashes on top for steam
    to
    escape. Bake
    at
    425\u00b0
    for
    12 to 15 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
