Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crabmeat
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 green pepper, diced
1 chopped onion
4 slices white bread
1 egg
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
oil for frying
Preparation

Mix all ingredients; shape into cakes.
Broil or fry in oil.
