Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cauliflower, sliced
    3 Tbsp. green pepper, diced
    4 Tbsp. green olives, sliced
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. salad dressing
    2 tsp. dry Italian dressing seasoning mix
    1/8 tsp. granulated garlic
    2 tsp. dill weed
    2 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Slice cauliflower and olives 1/8-inch thick, dice green peppers 1/4 inch.
    Mix sour cream, salad dressing, Italian dressing seasoning mix, garlic, dill weed and vinegar in bowl. Add cauliflower, olives and peppers.
    Let stand one hour before serving.
    Makes 8 servings.
