Cranberry Orange Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sifted flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. orange rind
    1 1/2 c. orange juice
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 c. raw cranberries, cut in half
Preparation
    Sift flour and mix dry ingredients together.
    Mix oil, orange rind, orange juice and eggs together.
    Combine dry and liquid ingredients together. Stir in cranberries until well blended. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Turn out and cool completely.
