Zucchini-Sausage Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. pork sausage
    2 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
    6 or 8 small zucchini squash
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    dash of garlic powder
    3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
Preparation
    Crumble sausage in large skillet and saute along with onion until lightly browned.
    Slice squash 1/4 inch
    thick over browned sausage.
    Sprinkle with salt, oregano and garlic powder.
    Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
    Slice cream cheese over zucchini.
    Return cover until cheese is melted.
    Gently fold mixture until cream cheese is evenly distributed.
    Serve hot.
