Any Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat (1-inch cubes)
    4 c. hot water
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 sliced onion
    1 bay leaf
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. sugar
    6 sliced carrots
    3 peeled potatoes
    1 (10 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 c. diced celery
Preparation
    Brown meat thoroughly.
    Add remaining ingredients in a 5-quart crock-pot and cook on high for 6 to 7 hours.
