Swiss Steaks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. beef broth
5 small potatoes, quartered
1 c. sliced celery
1 (10 oz.) pkg. cut green beans, partially thawed
4 (4 oz.) cubed steaks
oil
salt and pepper
2 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation

Bring beef broth to a boil in a skillet.
Add potatoes.
Cook 10 minutes.
Add beans and celery.
Cook 5 minutes.
Remove vegetables and broth from skillet.
Add oil to skillet.
Brown steaks on each side.
Sprinkle with pepper.
Return vegetables and broth to pan.
Stir in mustard.
Cook 3 to 4 minutes or until hot.
