Chicken Livers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon
    1 can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    1 lb. chicken livers
    1/2 c. cooking wine
    1/2 c. water
    1 beef flavored bouillon cube
    hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Cook bacon in large skillet until crisp.
    Remove bacon, reserve drippings in skillet.
    Crumble bacon and set aside; keep warm.
    Add livers to skillet and saute 12 to 15 minutes or until tender.
    Add reserved bacon, mushrooms, green onions, wine, water and bouillon cube.
    Cook 5 minutes or until bouillon cube is dissolved and mixture is heated, stirring occasionally.
    Serve over rice.
    Serves 4.
