Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1/3 c. light corn syrup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    3/4 tsp. vanilla
    6 c. freshly popped popcorn
Preparation
    Combine brown sugar, syrup, salt and butter.
    Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil. Continue to cook over medium heat 5 minutes without stirring.
    Add vanilla.
    Place popcorn in large baking pan.
    Pour syrup mixture over popcorn.
    Heat in 250\u00b0 oven for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
    Pour on waxed paper to cool.
    Store in airtight container.
