Baked Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can pineapple chunks, drained (save juice)
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/3 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. pineapple juice (use enough added water to make 2 c.)
    2 eggs
    1 c. buttered cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar and pineapple juice; mix in beaten eggs and pineapple.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until set.
    Sprinkle grated cheese and buttered cracker crumbs on top.
    Return to oven to brown. Serve.
