Party Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large tomatoes
    1 bunch green onions
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles
    1 (4 1/4 oz.) can chopped black olives
    2 to 4 Tbsp. Pace picante sauce
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 1/2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Pour over chopped ingredients and mix.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
