Mexican Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    shredded rat cheese
    sliced jalapenos (use a lot for hot)
    2 eggs
    1 c. flour
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    In 9 x 13-inch pan, make a layer of rat cheese, then jalapenos and another layer of rat cheese.
    Mix eggs, flour and milk; pour over layers.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Let cool before serving.
