Magic Pumpkin Pie(For Weight Watchers) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    5 Tbsp. flour
    1 large can evaporated skim milk
    dash of salt
    1 oz. bread (1 slice)
    10 to 12 pkg. Sweet 'N Low
    1 can pumpkin
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1/8 tsp. cloves
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in blender, adding a few at a time, until well mixed.
    Put in pie pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or a knife comes out clean. Serves 4. Each serving:
    1/2 protein, 1 milk, 3/4 bread and 1/2 vegetable.
