(Topping) - Or Pineapple Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sweetened pineapple
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. lemon or lime juice
Preparation
    Drain pineapple.
    Add juice gradually to cornstarch in saucepan, making a smooth mixture. Cook.
    Stir constantly until thickened and clear. Remove from heat.
    Add pineapple. Add lemon or lime juice.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
    Good on gingerbread or a sundae or for any topping.
