Corn Bread Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. butter or margarine or chicken fat
5 c. corn bread crumbs
2 c. dry bread, toasted and crumbled
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 tsp. sage
1 egg, beaten well
1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Cook celery and onions in butter until tender.
Add to bread crumbs, then add giblet broth to moisten.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until browned.
