Steak And Potato Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak (about 1/2-inch thick)
    2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. dill
    4 medium potatoes, peeled and cut in 1/2-inch slices
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 can condensed beef broth or 1 can mushroom soup
    2 medium onions, thinly sliced
Preparation
    Cut steak in serving size pieces.
    Combine flour, salt and pepper.
    Coat the meat with flour mixture.
    In skillet, brown meat slowly in hot oil.
    This should take 20 to 30 minutes.
    Add broth; cover lightly and simmer 30 minutes or until almost tender.
    Add water, if needed.
    Place potatoes and onions with salt and pepper. Cover tightly.
    Cook slowly about 30 minutes, or until potatoes are done.
    Sprinkle a little parsley on top.
    Makes 6 servings.
