Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    3 1/2 c. plain flour, sifted
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. oil
    2 c. pumpkin, canned
    4 eggs
    2/3 c. water
    1 c. nuts, chopped
    1 c. cherries, chopped
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients; make a well.
    Add all liquids, eggs and pumpkin.
    Add cherries and nuts.
    Pour into greased and floured pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
