Chocolate Crumb Crust For Black Bottom Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
    1 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
    1 1/2 Tbsp. diet margarine, melted
    2 packets Equal
Preparation
    In small bowl, combine crumbs and cocoa; add margarine and stir until evenly blended.
    Stir Equal in well.
    Press mixture evenly on bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan.
    Makes one 9-inch pie crust. Calories per serving (without filling):
    40.
    Serves 8. Diabetic exchanges per serving (without filling):
    milk 0, vegetable 0, fruit 0, bread 1/2, meat 0 and fat 0.
