Grilled Shish Kabob - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. boneless, tender beef (1-inch thick)
    2 large red, yellow or green bell peppers
    2/3 c. Kikkoman teriyaki baste and glaze
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
Preparation
    You will also need 8 (10-inch) metal skewers.
