Brisket - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 5 lb. brisket
1 bottle Heinz chili sauce
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. mustard
1 clove garlic or garlic powder
salt and pepper
2 onions
1 can beer
Preparation

Remove fat from brisket.
Place in pan.
Combine chili sauce, brown sugar, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper.
Pour mixture over meat.
