Veggie Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. mixed vegetables
1 can cream of mushroom soup or 1 can cream of potato soup
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can fried onions
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except 1/2 the amount of cheese and 1/2 the can of onions.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour, covered.
Add remaining cheese and onions.
Bake uncovered for 5 minutes.
