Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small can pumpkin
    1 c. light brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ginger
    3 eggs
    1 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Mix well with electric mixer on low, until smooth.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell (large 9-inch).
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then lower heat to 350\u00b0 until set in middle, 45 minutes or more.
