Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. chopped onions
9 Tbsp. butter
4 1/2 c. bread crumbs
3 3/4 tsp. salt
3 dashes each: pepper, nutmeg and ginger
4 lb. ground beef
6 Tbsp. flour
3 3/4 c. water
3 eggs
3 c. light cream
3/4 c. snipped parsley
3 tsp. beef bouillon granules
1 lb. sausage
1 1/2 tsp. instant coffee crystals
Preparation

Cook onions in 3 tablespoons butter until tender.
In mixing bowl, combine eggs and cream.
Stir in onions, bread crumbs, parsley, salt, pepper, nutmeg and ginger.
Add meat mix well by hand or on medium speed of electric mixer.
Shape into 3/4 to 1-inch balls.
