Light And Fluffy Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/3 c. crushed graham crackers
1 stick oleo, melted
2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
3 oz. pkg. Jell-O (any flavor; I prefer strawberry)
1 c. boiling water
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can Milnot, whipped (it helps to refrigerate it overnight)
Preparation

To make crust, mix graham cracker crumbs, oleo and powdered sugar. Press in a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 450\u00b0 for 2 to 3 minutes; do not overbake. Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water and set aside.
