German Chocolate Icing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can evaporated milk
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/4 sticks oleo
3 egg yolks
1 1/2 c. coconut
1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat eggs slightly. Add milk, oleo and sugar. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
The icing may seem to be thin. Adding the vanilla, pecans and coconut will help to thicken the icing. Spread on 2 or 3 layer cake.
