Apple Cider Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter
    1/2 c. shortening
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. apple pie spice
    6 eggs
    3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. apple cider
Preparation
    Cream butter, shortening and sugar.
    Add eggs, beat well after each.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour 20 minutes.
