Aunt Lois' Caramel Icing For 2 Layers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. light brown sugar, packed
    1 stick butter or margarine
    8 Tbsp. Pet milk
    1/8 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Preparation
    Mix brown sugar, butter or margarine and Pet milk and bring to a boil.
    Cook 2 minutes.
    Cover until slightly cooled.
    Add baking powder and vanilla flavoring.
    Whip until mixture starts getting thick.
    If too stiff, add small amount of Pet milk.
